Sale Return Policy

20% or Less Discount: Items purchased with discounts 20% off or less follow our normal return policy (see below).

Final Sale (Over 20% Off):
Any item discounted more than 20% is considered Final Sale and is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please double-check sizing, colors, and product details before purchasing Final Sale items.

Standard Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as products are in new condition. 

New condition means:

  • Tags still attached
  • Not worn outside
  • Not washed
  • No stains 

Return Shipping (United States): Domestic returns are subject to a $7 return shipping and handling fee.

Return Shipping (Canada & International): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Items noted as Final Sale, during specific sale periods or otherwise, are not eligible for return and we do not process exchanges. Additionally, we can only process returns for products purchased directly from grittyhabits.shop. If you bought from a Gritty Habits dealer, please contact them directly. Stickers are Final Sale.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. Please return the item and place a new order if you'd like a different size or product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
